Top 4 Heavenly Attraction in Kashmir

                                                 Paradise on Earth
Overview

When we think of Kashmir, we think of snow, mountains, greenery, lakes, and kahwa chai. So this time I was curious how people go on alone trips. Without friends or family, how can someone enjoy the trip? So, I decided to travel to Kashmir alone. And it is here that I begin my trip. On the first day of the tour, I realized there is no such thing as a solo trip when it comes to exploring Kashmir. Beauty is constantly by your side, accompanying you on your journey. Apart from that, I learned that some people travel on solo trips for a particular purpose. So, as I previously stated, I was alone on my trip. Yes, it began off that way, but I ended up staying with some friends for the rest of my life.

Journey starts with SRINAGAR

Let’s start with how I came to have such crazy buddies. My journey began, and as I was ready to walk off my bus into Kashmir, I bumped across a guy from our group who seemed strangely silent, and I wondered how anyone could be unhappy with such gorgeous scenery. I approached him because I was curious about his tale, and we had a fantastic conversation, and as time passed, we were no longer on a solo trip. I decided to introduce him to the lovely realm of nature.

My first day in Srinagar began with a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, which is perhaps the most spectacular thing to do while in Srinagar to experience the charm of the magnificent lake as well as the lives of the locals who survive and make a living off it. Our young boatman was a nice fellow who invited me to settle in his ‘Heaven’ boat and take in the scenery as we hauled over the calm waterways with fog swirling overhead. The next stop was Golden Lake, which derives its name from the numerous opulent houseboats docked along its length. We arrived at Nehru Park in the middle of the lake in no time. It features a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of Dal Lake. We ventured deeper into the narrow water passageways of Thok bazaar (ancient market) and Meena bazaar as the lake stretched out before us. Meena Bazaar is renowned for its Kesar (saffron) and dry fruits, while Thok Bazaar has many shops offering Kashmiri shawls, pashmina shawls, and outfits. We returned to Dal gate after hopping around for a time.

Exploring Gulmarg

As the day passed, we were on our way to Gulmarg. The magnificent scenery of Gulmarg is enough to make your heart sink. The endless views of snow-capped mountains and valleys will require a hot cup of Kahwa to be enchanted. The apparent resemblance to Finnish Lapland, especially in terms of the snow-covered terrain, is remarkable. The gondola journey is one of Gulmarg’s most popular attractions. The valley’s gondola ride, the world’s second-highest cable car, is a must-see. It is a must-do activity in Gulmarg regardless of the season. Aside from that whether you are a seasoned skier or a beginner, there is enough to do in Gulmarg when it comes to winter sports like skiing. Well-trained ski instructors, adequate evacuation experts, and a ski patrol crew ensure that you have a great time trying your hand at skiing. Trying numerous outdoor sports in a snow paradise-like Gulmarg might be pretty thrilling throughout your trip. So don’t be afraid to attempt any of Gulmarg’s winter activities.

Flaunting in Pahalgam

Pahalgam is surrounded by luxuriant foliage and smooth hillocks. The climate is pleasant, and the air from the beautiful River Lidder is exhilarating. In addition, half of this region is described by delicate meadows, breathtaking terrain, snow-capped mountains, and lush green forests. Apart from the refreshing banks, one may relax and enjoy the calm and tranquility of nature. The genuine splendor of the undulating meadows, lovely lakes, and rushing streams can also be appreciated by visiting surrounding sites such as Aru, Betaab, and Baisaran valleys. Stroll the length and breadth of the area, admiring the sky-kissing mountains, fir-covered forests, and apple orchards inexorably.

Strolling in Sonmarg

Sonmarg is rich in breathtaking beauty and offers some of the most memorable immersive vacation experiences. Sonmarg delivers an adventure of a lifetime, whether it’s a short trip with your travel buddy, a long journey to the legendary Zoji La pass, or trekking up into the highlands to uncover secret lakes. My constant companions were the winding route and the shifting environment. Sonmarg welcomed me with a few spots of rain on my face and a cool breeze. The “Meadow of Golden Light,” as it is known, had me hooked on the mesmerizing valley at the first glance.

Kashmir did not disappoint, as was to be expected. If you talk to Kashmiris, you will be impressed by their simplicity, affection, and hospitality. I can’t tell you how many cups of tea, free meals, and honest chats I’ve had with random strangers while wandering around. And hereby my journey to Kashmir ended with a bunch of happiness, peace, and unexpected friends. This experience taught me that a solo trip is never truly alone. “Paradise on Earth” isn’t just a phrase; it’s a reality I witnessed.
