Best places to visit in Thailand

Thailand – Land of Smiles

“Let’s travel somewhere, we really need a decent vacation”, was the initial thought, and everyone agreed right away! We ultimately decided to choose Thailand from among all the locations we had jotted down on our list because it is the ideal location for an all-girls vacation due to its exciting atmosphere and vibrant nightlife. Finally, we arrived at our vacation destination, which blended shopping, entertainment, and adventure.

Exploring Pattaya Beauty

On our first day in Pattaya, We left Bangkok for Pattaya in a very comfy car to begin our girls’ holiday to Thailand. We arrived to the Golden Sea Hotel Pattaya after a two-hour pleasant drive, and were greeted there with cool Thai beverages. The Alcazar Cabaret Show was our first trip after taking some time to unwind. By evening, we were all ready to explore the city. You can see a variety of global cultures represented in the play by its extremely enthusiastic performers. The acting and dancing were both outstanding. We followed our guide’s recommendation to a nearby restaurant for some fantastic Thai food after the play. We took a stroll around the hotel at the end of the first day, dropped in at several local shops.

Coral Island Day-out

We left early in the morning for the lovely Coral Island after an energizing breakfast. You can indulge in wild behaviour while participating in a variety of dangerous sports on the Coral Island. We participated in banana boat rides, jet skiing, underwater sea walks, and parasailing. We were all a little anxious during the underwater sea walk because none of us could swim very well and two of us even have mild aquaphobia. However, the instructors gave us their word that we would be safe, and that the unique experience of seeing corals and feeding fish at the ocean’s bottom was worth it. We went to the Tiger Park in the evening and had some of the best photos taken there. Even though the scenario was undoubtedly terrifying we all managed to “come out alive” and continue exploring Thailand.

Pattaya City Tour & Undermarine Aquarium

After our challenging yet rigorous activities on the second day, we had chosen a laid-back schedule to tour Pattaya and go to the seductive realm of Under Marine on the third day. The jellyfish area with neon light effects was our favourite as we explored the various fish, sea turtles, and water spiders in the Under Marine World. On the way home, we got to see Thailand’s incredible Songkran event, which is held in the middle of April. Similar to Holi in India, however they shower cold water rather than colours.

We took a car back to Bangkok and settled into the Citin Pratunam Hotel, which is right in the heart of Thailand’s Indira Market and a mecca for bargain shoppers. We left our baggage in the hotel and went outside to see Wat Traimit, one of Bangkok’s most well-known temples (Temple of Golden Buddha). It is home to the largest, heaviest gold-seated Sukhothai-style Buddha in the entire world. After that, we went to another stunning temple called Wat Mahaprutharam, where there is again a figure of Buddha seated beneath the revered Bodhi tree, surrounded by magnificent sculptures, lovely artwork, and majestic architecture. It was the most pure, tranquil, and quiet day ever!

Adventure trip to Safari World

On our girls trip to Thailand, the most wanted day had finally arrived! The first animals we saw on our hour-long trip to Safari World and Marine Park were these lovely and colourful Macaw Parrots. The park’s layout is designed to resemble a jungle, complete with covered walkways and gardens. Various creatures and birds, including lions, kangaroos, white tigers, gorillas, swans, and giant flamingos, were among those we were able to see. The dolphin performance, orangutan boxing, and areas designated for bird and giraffe feeding, where you may feed these kinds of animals from tabletops, are the park’s most outstanding shows.

Phi Phi Island

Rather than using the big cruise liner, we travelled to Phi Phi Island on a motorboat. We were able to make up time and further explore this lovely island thanks to this advice, which proved to be really beneficial. We were astounded by the grandeur of the first location, Maya Bay, which is a paradise into itself, when the guide transported us there on a motorboat. Upon arriving, we made the decision to attempt scuba diving. Having never done it before, we were undoubtedly nervous, but we had complete faith in our knowledgeable instructors because the Phi Phi Islands are among the world’s top locations for scuba diving.

The scenery, the fish, the vibrant corals, and the peace and quiet we felt made us forget about anything else as we swam deeper and deeper into this area of the planet. We were able to cross one item off our bucket list and somewhat conquer our fear of the water thanks to our kind and supportive trainers! We returned to Phuket after a delectable lunch buffet on the island and more island hopping. We chill at the hotel restaurant in the evening, which had a spectacular view of the city. We enjoyed some delicious Italian food, breathtaking Phuket views from the patio, and light conversation during the evening.

A city tour to Phuket

Our final day in Thailand was devoted to a thorough tour of Phuket. The tour guide was a really joyful individual who provided us with a wealth of information on the history of the city and the significance of Buddhism. Then we went to the Wat Chalong Buddha Temple, which includes wall paintings and architecture that reflect Buddha’s life tale, where we were rewarded with a stunning perspective of the city. Before going to the best Indian restaurant in the region, Bollywood Restaurant, we saw this adorable little Rockstar here in addition to feeling complete quiet and tranquilly.

This place is a must-see for exploration.
